Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Derbyshire to recruit a Teacher of Maths with experience supporting pupils with complex learning needs. This role is ideal for an educator who has worked in specialist SEND settings, complex needs schools, or alternative provision, and who understands that progress isn''t always linear - but is always meaningful. The school supports pupils with a range of complex profiles, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD and associated learning needs. Teaching is delivered in small groups, with a strong emphasis on structure, consistency and trauma-informed practice.
