I am currently on the hunt for a passionate and experienced individual to manage the daily food and beverage operations at this soon to be popular experience. You will lead and develop a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional guest service and achieving departmental targets in line with the annual business plan.Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with health, safety, and food safety legislation.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.Lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Manage budgets, schedules, and performance targets.Ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak periods.Monitor and improve menus, service quality, and profitability.Collaborate with suppliers and manage stock control efficiently.Contribute to marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities.
