QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.Minimum 3 years’ experience caring for older people in a residential or community setting.Ability to work on a rota basis (7 day week).Strong leadership skills.Be flexible to work on an ad hoc basis to provide essential cover.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate as part of a team.Ability to form appropriate supportive relationships with residents and family members where appropriate.Further Information
