Supply Desk are currently looking for a Qualified Primary School Teacher to join our client school, a andlsquo;Goodandrsquo; primary school in the Watford area. The school is looking to appoint a Primary Teacher for either a May half-term or September start. They will consider NQTs as well as experienced teachers.andnbsp; There is a strong team across the school, and the Senior Leadership ensures a low staff turnover.

Job Description:

  To deliver outstanding teaching and learning in the Primary setting, helping students achieve excellent academic results and acting as a positive role model.

• 
  

  To design an engaging and challenging curriculum that inspires children to develop a love of learning.

• 
  

  To work alongside a supportive and dedicated team, with a full-time classroom assistant to help with the day-to-day running of the class.

• 
  

  To participate in school events and extracurricular activities, contributing to the wider school community.

Our ideal candidate will:

• 
  

  Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• 
  

  Have a strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum.

• 
  

  Experience of teaching in a primary school (preferable but not essential).

• 
  

  A passion for working with children and helping them grow.

• 
  

  Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.

• 
  

  Strong time management and organizational skills.

• 
  

  A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude.

• 
  

  Strong behaviour management skills with a calm and caring approach.

• 
  

  Hold a clear DBS check.
