The Opportunity This is not a construction or project delivery role. Instead, you''ll be responsible for ensuring operational service contracts perform as intended, suppliers deliver on their contractual commitments, and residents receive consistently high-quality services. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and external partners, you''ll oversee contract performance, monitor compliance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement across a diverse operational portfolio. You''ll play a key role in ensuring contractual obligations are translated into effective day-to-day service delivery while providing assurance to senior leadership that services are performing to the required standards.
