As Financial Accounting Manager, EMEA, in this 6 month FTC, you''ll take ownership of the regional accounting function, leading the month-end close, financial reporting and technical accounting. The Role Lead the EMEA month-end close, covering revenue, cash, payroll, fixed assets, leases and operating expenses. Review complex reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and strong audit trails. Manage, mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing technical guidance and oversight. Ensure accounting policies and reporting comply with Local GAAP and US GAAP. Partner with Finance, FPandA, Treasury, HR and other teams on reporting and business projects. Drive process improvements, systems projects and best-practice initiatives across the accounting function. Requirements Qualified accountant CIMA / ACA / ACCA 5+ years'' progressive accounting experience working within industry Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, with a solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
