The Opportunity Due to retirement an exciting opportunity has become available to join one of our clients as a Senior Mechanical Technician. This role focuses on the hands-on execution of mechanical maintenance across plant equipment and systems, ensuring safe operations while maximising equipment reliability and performance. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement of mechanical assets. Your duties and responsibilities will be: Work with a minimum of supervision as a member of the site maintenance team to provide routine and emergency hands-on asset maintenance across the entire site. Ensure safe working practices and site safety rules and procedures are adhered to by self and others in the work team. Follows best practice craft and safety practice at all times. Set and work to schedules of preventive maintenance, corrective repairs and improvement activities within the requirements of the maintenance scheduling process.
