A second home based in Kilsby ( 2 bed EBD/LD) will be opening within the next few months and are seeking a Manager to become dual registered, with the support of 2 deputies in place.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a Childrens Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Childrens Residential or equivalent Minimum 3 years'' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
