If you enjoy problem-solving on the shop floor and take pride in well-set machines producing quality parts, this role will suit you perfectly.What You''ll Be DoingSetting, running, and maintaining injection moulding machines to meet production and quality targetsCarrying out tool changes, adjustments, and minor mechanical maintenanceIdentifying and resolving processing, tooling, or machine issues to minimise downtimeMonitoring product quality and making process improvements where neededSupporting shift handovers, knowledge sharing, and team developmentMaintaining 5S, documentation, and health and safety standards at all timesAssisting with stock control, packing, and deliveries when requiredWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Machine Setter, CNC Setter, or Injection Moulding TechnicianConfident carrying out tool changes and machine adjustmentsStrong understanding of quality, health and safety, ..... full job details .....
