You will oversee allocated traffic sheets, manage trucks and drivers, and ensure service levels and revenue targets are consistently achieved. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage daily operational challenges effectively. Working hours are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend on-call support as required.
