With ambitious plans for UK and international expansion, they are now making a step-change investment into digital growth and performance marketing.This is a genuine leadership role with full ownership of acquisition, conversion and funnel performance.The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for scaling digital demand generation across paid and unpaid channels, driving qualified, high-intent leads to support an ambitious sales organisation.You''ll own the growth strategy end-to-end - from channel mix and experimentation through to attribution, insight and revenue impact - positioning digital as a core commercial growth lever.
