The Role The Restorations, Damp and Roofing Coordinator / Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the Damp, Restoration and Roofing Divisions at Environ Property Services. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, project delivery and overseeing other Coordinators within the department. We re looking for individuals who align with our mission to solve complex property issues proactively, share our vision for trusted, high-performance service, and embody our core values of integrity, craftsmanship, communication, and collaboration. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 4 years proven background / experience in scheduling, coordinating and project administration within the property services, construction or facilities management industries. Construction Industry Experience You understand how trades, contractors, and projects flow in practice. At least 2 years of experience in damp, property restoration or roofing experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience managing job bookings and tracking systems (Podio experience preferred but not essential as full training provided). Must reside within less than 1-hour drive from Fulham, London (SW6 4HH area). Supervisor Mindset You re comfortable leading a team, holding people accountable, and guiding coordinators with authority and support.
