The contractor is one which specialises in the new build/extension of bespoke homes and refurbishment of listed buildings valuing from 20mil - 100mil. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for either managing your own smaller scale project or working within the commercial team on larger scale schemes.
