This is a chance to join a business that values its people, offers stability, and provides the opportunity to develop within a supportive team.As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be:Covering general MandE tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCUs, AHUs and small plumbing repairs.Completing the service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems.Carrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.Completing fault-finding and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical plant.Will be on the callout rota, which is 1 in 8, 100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout.Will be covering Commercial sites within London and the surrounding areas.Requirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer:Experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.Fault-finding and repair experience on electrical systems and ..... full job details .....
