Finance Team Lead Cambridge (hybrid 50/50) £50,000-£55,000 We are working with a global technology company who are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Team Lead to oversee their shared service centre reporting function. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving high-performing, standardised service delivery, maintaining strong financial controls, and ensuring exceptional service to internal customers. You will play a crucial role in embedding best practice, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring the integrity of financial information across the region. What You''ll Be Doing As the Finance Team Lead you will: Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, setting goals and driving performance. Manage team workloads with flexibility to ensure excellent service across regional time zones.
