Interim Director of Property Management

The Opportunity We are working with a leading national property consultancy to appoint an experienced Interim Director of Property Management to provide senior leadership across its commercial property management function. Based in Birmingham, this is a high-profile interim opportunity for an established property management leader to take responsibility for operational performance, client service delivery and the continued development of a commercial property management portfolio within a well-established consultancy environment. The successful candidate will bring significant experience of managing commercial property portfolios, leading multidisciplinary teams and building trusted relationships with institutional investors, property owners and occupier clients. You will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on, commercially driven approach, ensuring the business delivers outstanding service, strong financial performance and consistent operational standards.
