Static Mechanical Engineer North London 40,000 - 48,000 per annum Full-Time Static Site We are recruiting for a Static Mechanical Engineer to join a prestigious site in North London, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on: Plumbing systems AHUs, extract and intake ventilation systems FCUs and thermal wheels Booster sets, calorifiers and water heaters Diagnose faults and identify defects, ensuring remedial works are completed efficiently Produce accurate maintenance reports, inspections and service documentation Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with on-site stakeholders Support the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical plant and equipment Requirements Previous experience within building maintenance, facilities management or a commercial maintenance environment Mechanical qualification such as City and Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent Good understanding of mechanical building services and maintenance practices Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working procedures Comfortable using mobile devices and maintenance reporting systems Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach Ability and willingness to obtain MET Police SC Clearance What''s on Offer? 40,000 - ..... full job details .....
