Where appropriate, you will appoint external experts such as loss adjusters, engineers, and legal advisors to assist in the claims process. Communication with brokers, policyholders, and other stakeholders will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and with a commercially minded approach.
