About the Company:
Daniel Owen is a specialist recruitment company working within maintenance, construction, engineering, and rail industries. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Fire Prevention company, seeking experienced Compartmentation Surveyors to carry out surveying works in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compartmentation surveys across various building areas including:

  • Roof voids

  • Floors and walls

  • Basements

  • Fire doors

  • Ceiling voids, floor voids, risers, and shafts

• Assess the condition and compliance of fire-resisting construction.

• Ensure fire safety measures meet regulations and prevent the spread of smoke and fire in the event of an emergency.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue minimum)

• Recent, relevant references

• Previous experience in Compartmentation Surveying
