We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Catering Assistant to join a friendly catering team at a secondary school in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to students and staff.

• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals
• Supporting with kitchen duties including cleaning, washing up, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Setting up and clearing away food service areas
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Working effectively as part of a team to deliver a smooth and efficient service

• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen role is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a busy environment and manage time effectively
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
