Service Engineer (Pumps/Mechanical)

Are you a hands-on mechanical engineer passionate about problem-solving and making a difference? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading company in pumping and water treatment solutions. Our client serves a diverse range of Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, and Defence clients across the South of England.

**The Role:**

As a key member of the Service Team, you’ll provide high-quality service to customers on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing, and repairing pumps, filtration systems, treatment units, and pipework (clean and wastewater)
• Troubleshooting faults and developing accurate quotations
• Attending site visits and responding to emergency call-outs
• Collaborating closely with our experienced Service Manager

**What They are Looking For:**

We seek a technically skilled, safety-conscious, and client-focused individual with:

• A strong mechanical background (pump, pipework, filtration or control panel experience preferred)
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence and awareness of Health & Safety protocols, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements

**Additional Details:**

• Own basic tools required; specialist tools provided
• Locations available based on your proximity to our Witney or Devizes office
