The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial aspects of a 50M Civils and utilities package on a major framework package in Kent.They will work within the commercial team, liaising with all project sections, and report to the Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Previous Main Contractor Experience on civils framework highly desirableEssential experience in NEC 4 option E (option A / B subcontract packages also relevant) Experience in subcontract packages and direct labour management required.
