Administrator

Salary: -24,000 - -28,000 (DOE) per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Epsom, Office-based

The Role
You will support day-to-day office operations, create high-quality documents and marketing materials, coordinate appointments, manage processes, and ensure smooth communication between clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and colleagues to manage timescales and documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and messages.
• Prepare, proofread, and format documents and brochures.
• Coordinate appointments with external suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain spreadsheets, office processes, and compliance records.
• Provide general clerical support including typing and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous administrative experience (PA/office support desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge beneficial.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused.
