Experienced candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months relevant experience and ideally possess Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People''s Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Responsibilities: To work 55 hours per week which will be a rota of 5 nights on and 5 nights off. In times of illness or crisis you may be asked to cover more shifts.
