This is a high-profile role responsible for driving parts profitability, pricing strategy, accessories growth and commercial performance across an expanding UK dealer network. Working closely with UK leadership and international stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the aftersales business. Key Responsibilities Spare Parts Pricing and Profitability Develop and manage competitive UK parts pricing strategies. Analyse costs, margins, tariffs, logistics and competitor pricing. Conduct regular pricing reviews and maintain pricing governance. Drive profitability and resolve pricing exceptions. Commercial Planning and Performance Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Analyse market trends, vehicle parc data and historic performance. Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. Produce reports and recommendations for senior management. Accessories Development and Sales Growth Identify opportunities to expand the accessories portfolio. Conduct market research and support new product launches.
