About the Role You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences and outcomes for our SEND students, ensuring that every young person is supported to reach their potential. Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, families, and external agencies, you will:Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the academyCoordinate, monitor, and evaluate interventions and personalised support plansEnsure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and all statutory requirementsProvide professional guidance and CPD for staff on inclusive teachingChampion student voice and advocate for their needs within the school communityWere Looking For Qualified teacher status (QTS)National Award for SEN CoordinationProven experience in SEND leadership and effective provisionA deep understanding of inclusive education and differentiated practiceStrong interpersonal skills and a values-driven approachOpportunities to innovate and shape the future of SEND ..... full job details .....
