Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Lead solution architecture across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue and CMDB. Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs. Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the project life cycle. Work closely with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Lead workshops, solution reviews and design sessions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards. Support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on platform capabilities and roadmap. Support testing, deployment, go-live activities and post-implementation improvements.
