Technical Sales Representative

Our client is a specialist supplier of composite materials for a range of high-end engineering sectors, including the automotive and aerospace industry. They offer a wide range of high-performance fabrics, resins, adhesives, and precision material preparation, supported by deep technical expertise. They are now looking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative to complement their existing sales operation based in the Northern area Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will plan and carry out direct sales activity to support current customers and actively seek out new potential customers in the defined area. Responsibilities: Customer contact and care through regular visits / communication Technical support where and when appropriate Preparation of quotes / sampling and subsequently follow-ups Liaise with various manufacturing units throughout Europe Joint customer visits with Engineers from relevant manufacturing operations Attendance at appropriate trade shows and presentations Liaise with their internal sales support team to ensure customers support is maintained at the highest level The Candidate: You Must have field sales experience working for a composites company.
