The successful candidate will support pupils with communication, language and speech needs, working closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions and enhance outcomes for our learners.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, deliver and evaluate evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions for individual pupils and small groups.Conduct assessments to identify communication needs and develop bespoke therapy plans.Collaborate with teaching staff to embed communication targets into classroom practice.Provide training, guidance and support to school staff and parents on effective communication strategies.Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews where applicable.Attend relevant meetings, including multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development ..... full job details .....
