Do you have experience working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? This alternative provision is looking to appoint three committed Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and dynamic team.As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students both in and out of the classroom. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support, helping students manage their behaviour, stay engaged with learning and develop the confidence needed to succeed.
