Teaching Assistants (x3) - Alternative ProvisionAre you a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity to support young people who face barriers to learning? Do you have experience working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? This alternative provision is looking to appoint three committed Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and dynamic team.As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students both in and out of the classroom. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support, helping students manage their behaviour, stay engaged with learning and develop the confidence needed to succeed. This is a hands-on and rewarding role where strong relationships and consistency are key.We are looking for proactive and resilient Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.Job Role:Providing 1-2-1 and small group support for students with SEMH needsSupporting students to manage behaviour and remain engaged in lessonsBuilding positive and trusting relationships with studentsAssisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom managementSupporting emotional regulation and personal developmentWorking closely with teachers and pastoral staffMonitoring and reporting on student progress and behaviourContributing to a safe, structured and supportive learning environmentIn Return You Will:Join a supportive and experienced staff ..... full job details .....
