Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Group Finance Director to support financial planning and deliver key objectives. - Lead the production of accurate and insightful financial reports to inform business strategy. - Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance. - Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and risk management. - Utilise technology and automation to streamline month-end reporting and improve efficiency. - Oversee financial policies and procedures for event-related PandL, ensuring compliance and best practices. - Enhance financial visibility by introducing self-service reporting tools for key decision-makers. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
