The Role As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied residential caseload from instruction to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesTransfers of equity and remortgagesNew build transactionsLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitorsEnsuring all files progress smoothly and efficiently About You The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2+ years'' experience in residential conveyancing (PQE flexible)Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of property lawExcellent communication and client-care skillsThe ability to manage a full caseload independentlyA proactive, organised, and detail-driven approach NQ solicitors with strong conveyancing experience will be considered.
