This permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic training environment specialising in mechanical, electrical, and marine engineering disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality training to engineering students in areas such as welding, gunships, coppersmith, and pipe fittingDevelop and deliver course content according to predefined curriculum.Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and competencyMaintain accurate records of student performance and attendanceParticipate in curriculum development and continuous improvement activitiesEnsure all training is conducted in accordance with health and safety regulationsFacilitate practical tests and competency-based evaluationsProvide feedback to students to support their ongoing developmentJob Requirements:Degree in Engineering (mandatory) OR Level 3 or 4 HND in EngineeringExperience in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineeringExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and independentlyCommitment to student success and professional developmentPrior experience in a training or instructional role is advantageousMust be able to obtain security clearance Benefits:Full training providedOpportunity to gain teacher training qualifications as part of the career frameworkStructured work pattern (term-time only) with ..... full job details .....
