A growing and well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop site-wide quality systems in a fast-paced production environment. This role will suit a hands-on, lead-from-the-front quality professional with strong systems knowledge and a passion for driving standards, compliance, and continuous improvement. Reporting into senior operations, you''ll take ownership of the Quality Management System, lead and develop a small quality team, and work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain to set expectations, challenge standards, and embed a strong quality culture across the site. Using data-driven insights to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement. Managing supplier quality performance, including assessments and ongoing development.
