Manage a caseload, creating action plans and supporting job searches, CVs, applications, and interviews. Help participants overcome employment barriers and move into sustainable work. Engage with employers to source job opportunities and support inclusive recruitment. Provide in-work coaching and support to improve job retention and career progression. Work with Jobcentre Plus, healthcare providers, community organisations, and council teams. Maintain accurate case records and update CRM/case management systems. Support programme targets, outreach activities, and participant engagement. Person Specification Skills and Experience Experience in employment support, vocational coaching, careers advice, or employability services. Experience supporting people with health conditions, disabilities, or other barriers to employment. Strong knowledge of CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and career guidance.
