Commercial Real Estate Solicitor

to join their respected and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who wants more than just a transactional, fee-earning role – someone who values people, relationships, and the chance to become a trusted adviser to a longstanding client base.About the Role

You will be joining an established and well-connected commercial property team with a diverse portfolio of clients. The work is broad and stimulating, covering the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including:Investment transactions

– acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, from single assets through to complex portfolios.Landlord and tenant matters

– negotiating leases, agreements for lease, surrenders, licences, and advising on ongoing asset management.Development work

– site assembly, conditional contracts, option agreements, overage, and collaboration agreements, often involving multiple stakeholders.Real estate finance

– advising lenders and borrowers on secured lending and refinancing arrangements.Corporate support

– assisting the corporate team with property elements of business sales, purchases, and restructures.Strategic advice

– guiding clients on planning, infrastructure, and property issues tied to their long-term commercial goals.You will be expected to step into client-facing work from day one, nurturing relationships with a loyal and long-standing client base, while also helping to grow the practice through your own network and reputation.About You

We are looking for a solicitor who:Has solid experience in commercial real estate transactions (ideally 3+ PQE, but we welcome applications from all levels with the right skillset).Brings excellent technical ability combined with strong commercial awareness.Is personable, approachable, and enjoys building strong, lasting client relationships.Can demonstrate initiative, ownership, and the confidence to become a key contact for clients.What’s On Offer
