Production Supervisor Location: Maidenhead Salary: £35-45k per annum We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing electromechanical assembly operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met.Key Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor:Lead and supervise a team of assemblers within an electromechanical production environment.Coordinate daily workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to meet production schedules.Ensure all products are assembled to specification, maintaining high quality and rightfirsttime standards.Train, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Oversee 5S, health and safety compliance, and general shopfloor housekeeping.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.Support process improvements, rootcause analysis, and efficiency initiatives.Skills and Experience required for the successful Production Supervisor:Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader within an electromechanical assembly environment.Strong understanding of electromechanical build processes, AC/DC wiring, hand tools, and assembly techniques.Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and drive a team.Strong problemsolving mindset with a focus ..... full job details .....
