SEN Teaching Assistants

Location: Tower Hamlets

Start Date: September 2026 Start

Contract: Full Time Cover or Daily Cover - Term Time Only

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make an impact within The London Borough of Tower Hamlets? Tradewind are seeking confident, motivated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to joining a friendly staff team within this vibrant London Borough.

As a Teaching Assistant across the school, you will;

• Support learning activities across the school including whole class cover when required
• Support teachers in planning, preparation and assessment
• Deliver Target Interventions to help pupils progress
• Work closely with children of varying abilities including those with SEN
• Contribute to a positive learning environment
• Support students on a 1:1 basis

We would love to hear from you if you;

• Have at least 1 years experience supporting students with SEN
• Have strong classroom management and communication skills
• Are confident with leading groups
• Are passionate about supporting children''s learning
• Work collaboratively as a team
