The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences for a 24 hour contract.Good to know

Start date and OnboardingThe successful candidate will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.TrainingUpon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn 6 of our core treatments.To be considered for this role, you must be available for travel to Poole and attend the 6 week course below:Start date:

w/c 24th NovemberTravel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH, as well as travel expenses for 2 weekends of your choice during the training period. Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standardsRepresenting the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the businessLooking after clients'' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothlySupporting the day-to-day running of the spaBooking and upselling treatments using our booking systemMaintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are providedKeeping product and treatment knowledge up to dateSupporting stock controlSkills and Experience

An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.Practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials.Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.Benefits
