Overview
Our busy client in the Dungannon area currently requires an experienced office administrator to join their team.Responsibilities
First point of contact in the office, dealing with the customer enquiries and answering all callsAll administrative duties to include dealing with Solicitors and processing all residential and commercial sales and let’s paperwork.Deal with all rental paperwork – Contracts, Tenants Deposit Scheme etcAssist with the arrangements in the maintenance for propertiesCreating adverts online on Propertypal, Website, Property News and Facebook.Inputting all new data onto internal system and updating all new records using different Microsoft office devices to include Office and ExcelAssist the Financial Services team with admin support – processing applications for finance and insuranceUpdating client and customer information within the internal databaseEssential Criteria
Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English2-3 years administration experienceExcellent Customer Service skills and telephone mannerAble to work on own initiativeExperience of Microsoft Office – Word and ExcelBenefits
