The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups with SEND. Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils with personal care and emotional regulation, where necessary. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to staff and parents. Contribute to the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities. About You Experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a school setting. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable.
