The Role

Avalon are working with a large housing provider to recruit a carpenter to carry out responsive and planned carpentry repairs, including joinery, fencing and general maintenance within occupied properties. Diagnose faults, complete first-time fixes, deliver excellent customer service and work safely using a PDA/mobile device.

Requirements

• NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry (or equivalent) with 2+ years'' experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Social housing/property maintenance experience desirable.
