HR Manager 360 Care Group Location: London, with occasional travel to services as required Salary: Circa £50,000 FTE Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week Reports to: Director of Group Operations About Us: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in a significant period of change at 360 Care Group. We are undertaking a major workforce transformation, moving from a predominantly agency-worker model to direct employment. The HR Manager will lead the HR workstream, developing and implementing the contracts, processes, policies and systems needed to support the transition, working closely with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Talent and Group leadership. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of workforce transformation, organisational change or changes to employment models and workforce structures. This is a hands-on, three-day-per-week role requiring an experienced, highly organised and autonomous HR professional who can lead a significant project alongside day-to-day HR responsibilities.
