Clinical Lead Location: SmethwickSalary: £23.00 + per hour Contract: Full-time, Permanent - DaysShifts: 36 hours - x3 8am to 4pm and x1 7am to 7pm - no on call Time Recruitment is sourcing a Clinical Lead for a 45-bedded care home in the Smethwick area, providing both nursing and residential care. The service is currently 80% occupied and the main priorities of the role is quality management, staff management and eventually gaining 100% occupancy; you will be teamed with a long standing deputy manager and clinical home manager. This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on leader who can demonstrate strong governance, clinical oversight, and a commitment to driving quality improvements.
