This is a chance to lead the development of cutting-edge diagnostic instrumentation and consumables, working with cross-functional teams across the UK and US to deliver a next-generation molecular diagnostics platform. The Opportunity In this role, you ll support and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering and scientific teams as they design and develop complex medical devices, combining hardware, microfluidics, software, and assay development. You ll work closely with senior leadership to maintain alignment with business goals, oversee compliance with contractual deliverables (including US government requirements), and ensure projects remain on time, on budget, and within scope. The position sits at the heart of the organisation s technical delivery making you the key link between RandD, Programme Management, Quality, external partners, and senior executives.
