Outreach WorkerLondon (Havering and Hounslow)ASAP StartSalary - 130 - 150 per day (Depending on experience)Timeplan Education are currently supporting an independent SEN school in East London. They support children and young adults aged 7 - 19 with an EHCP for Autism, SEMH and associated complex needs. They are currently recruiting several experienced Outreach workers in Hounslow and Havering to work full time within the community.Candidates will be given a cohort of students to support, and everyone must be willing to travel and spend time each Friday at the schools main site in IG11.The selected applicants will have previous experience with Autism, Behavioural and mental health difficulties.You will be required to support children and young adults within the community who have CAMHS referrals and have experienced high levels of trauma. You will meet students at home or within the community either on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis to assist with work. Work and activities will be tailored to the needs of the student. As the student becomes more engaged with learning, you will work with teachers and outside agencies to reintegrate students back into school and full-time education.
