Involve Recruitment seeking a hands-on Solar Supervisor to join an established construction contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in solar PV to step into a leadership role with real long-term progression. This role has potential to progress into solar lead and will also fund any required qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day running of solar PV installation sites Lead and manage installation teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets industry standards and HandS regulations Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting Support training and development of junior team members Troubleshoot technical issues on-site when required Requirements: Proven experience with solar PV installations (roof and/or ground-mounted) Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of HandS and electrical standards Full UK driving licence CSCS required SSSTS (preferred) Benefits: Progression opportunities 43,000 Company Van Travel expenses Funded required qualifications ..... full job details .....
