We are looking for a Radar Business Development Manager to drive sales of technical products and systems across an allocated territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities through to negotiation, contract closure and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales opportunities within the assigned region.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners and key accounts.
Meet sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and customer presentations.
Negotiate contracts and support account profitability.
Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand customer requirements.
Monitor market and competitor activity.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
Travel regularly within the UK and overseas.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience managing the full sales cycle.
Experience in defence, marine, radar or other technical industries is advantageous.
Willingness to travel regularly, including overseas.
