We''re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to become a key member of a busy customer service team, supporting customers from order through to delivery. What you''ll be doing: Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism. Providing stock availability updates and delivery ETAs. Liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Supporting the external sales team with day-to-day administration. Maintaining accurate customer records and company systems. Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. What we''re looking for: Previous experience in a customer service or administration role. Excellent communication and telephone skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. A proactive, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
