Due to continued expansion, we are seeking skilled and motivated Field Service Engineers to join the team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to represent a reputable business across a broad client base in the Midlands and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain compressed air systems, including nitrogen generators and some process cooling equipment. Act as a technical ambassador for the company, delivering customer service excellence on-site. Complete accurate and detailed service reports and documentation. Work with the Service Manager to enhance service delivery quality. Support the Sales team by identifying new business opportunities during site visits. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations and customer-specific procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster team development.
